A basic oil absorbent roll for large-area continuous deployment

Liyang Oil Absorbent Mat Roll is a basic oil sorbent roll for absorbing, cleaning and recovering oil spills. It is mainly used for petroleum liquids, machine oils, fuels, lubricants and other non-aqueous liquids. Supplied in roll form, it can be cut according to site area and required length, making it suitable for continuous deployment on water surfaces, floors, around equipment and across large oil-contaminated areas. Compared with sheet-style sorbents, the mat roll is better suited to wider-area oil protection and emergency spill response. It can be used in factory workshops, oil depots, docks, chemical facilities, wastewater treatment areas, water intakes, wastewater ponds and inland waterways for oil removal.

Product Features

• Roll format for large-area placement: Suitable for continuous deployment on floors, aisles, around equipment and across oil-contaminated water surfaces; can be cut as needed on site.
• Absorbs oil, not water: Suitable for oil treatment on water surfaces; after absorbing oil, it is less likely to sink and remains easier to retrieve and recover.
• One-step formed material with fast absorption: Soft, loose and elastic structure provides a large absorption surface area for rapid oil uptake.
• Dimpled surface treatment: The dimpled surface helps improve structural stability so the material is less likely to loosen during use.
• Suitable for water and ground use: Can absorb floating oil on water surfaces as well as protect floors and clean land-based spills.
• Easy recovery and handling: After absorbing oil, it can be collected for centralized handling, squeezed for oil recovery where appropriate, or incinerated according to site requirements.
